Use the INBOX repair tool.<br>

to repair your inbox you can delete inbox.idx and inbox.mbx then restart your computer and open outlook again and it will automatically rebuild them and that should work. you can find those files by using the find files or folders feature.
Thanks for your help. In some versions of Windows, there is no facility to use the Inbox repair tool as Damhna suggested.<br>
