This was one of the best things I have ever done in my life. I went through this curriculum in 1989, and continue to reap the benefits, and practice the core principles on a daily basis today, in both my professional and personal lives.
I have subsequently referred several colleagues with whom I am close, and each of them echoed this sentiment following their "matriculation".
I highly recommend it, regardless of whether you or your employer pays.
This curriculum is not one of those that can be self-taught. The larger part of the experience comes from the interaction during class.
