Dalays at Calls

Hello
I have problem at one of my site. It's Opt61 with Symposium Server (4.0).
Call is arriving on CDN (controlled by Symposium)- is beeing proccessed - presented to free agent. Phone rings, agent pickup a call and there is silence for agent as for caller as well. This silence can hold for 10 ,20 or even 60 sec. It occures on random basis
Please advice

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS
 
Check for the bad conf/tdss card as well. i have faced the similar problem. Conf/TDs card my be the cause of problem.

PBX software rel 25.15 and I don't have patches/servicepacks MPLR16008 MPLR16001. Where I can find information about this patches? I was wandering at Nortel.com but no effect
 
Patches should be loaded by certified Nortel Vendors only. Contact your vendor and point him to the fact that you have this problem and this solution.
