My ld provider is saying they are set up to send me digits on an inband dtmf trunk with *ANI*DNIS*. Everytime I take a tollfree call from them, it goes to the auto attendant because the digits aren't right. I don't know if I'm set up that way *ANI*DNIS*...can anyone help..thanks

The good news is you are getting the call. If the auto attendant is getting the call you have an idea which digits are being sent because they typically have to match. However, you may want to check your "Incoming Call Handling Treatment" page on the trunk group form to see if the digits are being changed from what you thought you were going to get into the auto attendant extension. The Incoming Call Handling Treatment page lets you change the received digits into a digit pattern you want. You can use this to your advantage. If you know the digit string you're receiving you can delete the digits and insert the digits you want. This probably doesn't solve your long term problem but at least you can get the calls to go where you want.
