Good Morning,

I have a query about DAKS / OSCAR.
Currently, our DAKS doesn't send a number when it places a call out.
For internal alarm notifications it sends the text / name associated with the alarm so it isn't an issue.
However, we also use the surveillence function for lone workers who work off site (nurses, midwives etc) and so when the get the confirmation or surveillence calls it comes up as unknown.
Ideally, we want to present a number so they can recognise the call. I have a carrier which I can send CLI out on.

I've had a look through the Administrator tool and skimmed VCON but I cannot see anything obvious.

Any ideas?

The DAKS is connected to an Openscape 4000 V7 via 2x DPNSS trunks.

Thanks

Not sure. It aounds like something I'd expect to be configurable. But first I would use RDS (In Assistant) to trace an incoming setup from Daks, and the outgoing setup to carrier, you need to check if Daks is sending nothing, or sending something of wrong length/wrong format which the carrier actually receives but discards, which is a different problem.

Worked it out.

If you set a Cost Centre under the Personal Security Application Settings in the Administrator Tool, it will send that as the Caller ID.
