So according to the config, the daily routine should run at 1 AM. Correct? But then look at the Alarm history below. The users reported that all the phones droped at about 11:00 AM today. They say this has been happening for months but aren't sure if it is always at the same time. I verified that the time on the system is correct. Is it running the daily routine or does the system always run a routine after a reset?

Thanks,
Jason

As for seeing why it restarts sit in front of it with a pc on the tty if it's the same time every day. I only say sit in front of it because had one once that restarted regular once a week turned out to be the cleaner unplugging the opt 11 and putting in the vacuum walked in and did it right in front of us.
