Daily Busy Hour Report

Hi All,

Does anyone know how I could create a report that would give us the busy hours for a skillset on a given day? Or even better, daily for the previous month? We are looking for something similar to the canned skillset performance report except that we want hourly intervals not every 15 mins.

Any assistance, suggestions, or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

You can use the Report Creation Wizard for that.
You run the report as Interval, but suppress the section with intervals and only shows the hourly sums. Look at the sample reports, they show hourly intervals.
