daily administrative duties

Hello-
I'm starting a new job as a network administrator. i've done light sys. admin stuff for a while so i know enough to get into trouble, but i will now be the only I.T. guy. So I'm wondering if anyone has a list of daily duties that I should be aware of.
We have an exchange 2K3 box with 5 users, outlook web access enabled, several remote locations with dedicated vpn's, a lucent router, 3 subnets, DNS, DHCP, two domain controllers running 2k, and some kind of synch program for data files.
Any pointers or tips would be appreciated. Sorry if this is vague or general.

OWA: Just perform a weekly reboot because OWA is a horrible program.
