Dailup Router with Static Route function and no NAT

I am finding a cheap router with dialup function and static route. I want use it to dailup from branch to HQ and all computer attach to the network in branch can access the HQ network and HQ can access their Network too.

I find many router have static route function but they also have NAT that will make the PC in branch network cannot be connected by PC in HQ.

Any good Suggestion...
