Hi guys,
I need some help from you. This is the case.
the dail-up connection is not working as well on the new hardware then on the old hardware/software.
old - server - compaq proliant 3000 this one was so old that when
i migrate the data the machine started to die.
laptops - ibm600 windows 2000 sp3
new server - ibm 235 powerfull...
new laptops - ibm g40 r40 XP Pro SP1 with all the latest scurity update.
The dial-up is slower to connect with comparison to the old system and when connecting very slow to get data from the sever and to the server. the RRAS has only one connection so only one user can connect at one time.
I have 45 staff which 40 of them are accountants so you can imagin the pain in ....
I don't have a lot of experiance with RRAS, I have done it many time in the past simple to setup and easy to understand.
