Somebody know how to shutdown an analog channel

Trixbox 2.8 with sangoma b600

Detail:
that board come with 4 fxo and 1 fxs, if im using just two of the fxo channels, should I disable the channel not use?

If I must edit the dahdi cfg what is the modif I should do
