Is there a way to create an applet that resides in a directory and when zip files hit that directory it will unzip them?

i would think that in the c:/windows/web/ dir you could place a class file accessed by the folder.htm file (page shown when a folder is opened (not explored) that could perform that upon opening or refreshing....
