DAE removal procedure

i'm looking for a procedure to remove a DAE from a Clariion CX300............ After hardware removal, DAE is still present in the Navisphere Manager with "missing" in the description!!!

I am also wondering about this.

Do you need to reboot both SPs at the same time? Or can I reboot one, wait for it to come up, then reboot the other.

solved with this:

navicli -h <SP_IP_address> remoteconfig -messner -stop

Now restart only the Management Server on both SPs. When you reopen Navisphere Manager, the enclosure should be gone and no faults reported.
