dadmin account locked

Hi

Does anybody know how long the system locks an account when you've enter the password wrong so many times??

I've got a customer, who's dadmin password has been changed, and when I telnet in, it says the account is locked.

from linux cm3 and earlier "userlock -s " - "userlock -u dadmin"
from linux cm4 and higher "userlock status" - "userlock unlock"

cm3 and earlier it could be disabled and or locked in CM.

Hi AvayaTier3

Its running CM 5.2.1 on a S8400.

I left it alone over night and tried to connect the following morning.

I was able to get logged in and I've changed the dadmin password. However I can't get passed the PIN code when I access the SAT terminal.

The customer is asking the previous maintainer what the PIN is set to, however they didn't have the best of relationships so I'm not expecting them to help.

Is there a way to reset the dadmin PIN code??
 
The dadmin pin can be reset by the Avaya services login "init" or the "dadmin" login from CM SAT Command:
