Is this what is happening? Please be more specific on what you are doing or what is happening when you get this error? This is a shot in the dark, but could be a fix for your issue.

Cannot create new templates.

Problem Description

Fact:
CallPilot
CallPilot 4.0
New install


Symptom:
Cannot create new templates.
Unable to add new template.
Unable to delete new template.
Getting DB 60610 error, when trying to create new template.
Tried adding new template with full admin rights.
Tried adding template with no admin rights
DB error 60610


Cause:
Remote notification is disabled in template.



Problem Resolution

Fix:
Fixed in SU02 4.04

Workaround:
Create new template and enable remote notification and save.
To delete new template with remote notification enabled, just disable in template and delete.
