D816 CO Lines Apear

Greetings:

I am a Nortel guy, but I have this one customer with this D816, I recently moved it and we added a station. This station 107 could not make out going calls. Disconnected lines 7,8, and 9 apeared but not lines 1,2 and 3. I did a Feature 99 and changed it, the display says line 1,2, or 3 but there is no dial tone. What do I need to do?

you need to turn on outgoing day and night line access
on those c.o. lines in system programing.

Yes. Start with the manual. Look in the 400's. Make sure that the extension has access to those lines and that they appear on the set. After that, it will work.
