Hi
I normally reside in the NEC forum but have been tasked with changing the call forward timer on a D500. I have the console and access to the system and found the incident timer for call forward no answer but changing it does not change the time before forwarding (Currently 14 rings)
Can anyone suggest what else I need to change to reduce the time before forwarding?
