Changing a working form's style from fsNormal to fsMDIForm cause the disappearance of existing controls (e.g. SpeedButtons).

Seems so familiar, but cannot locate in books/FAQs/TIs on hand ...

Eeeeeuhm... You're NOT supposed to change the FormStyle property at runtime!!!

Did not state at runtime, did not change at runtime, but under Property Inspector at design time ...

Controls show on form designer, do not show on form at runtime ....

And stranger still, the hint balloon appears at run time when hovering over where the control is located at design time, and clicking that area activates the button ...

Never mind - placed a TPanel under the SpeedButtons, and they show now. TButtons never disappeared ....

Speedbuttons were on top of form, no other components were over/underlaid, form was owner & parent ...

Thanks.
