Hello,
IP500v2 R9, all digital handsets except for I have 2 D100 series SIP wireless Avaya handsets in a warehouse and they are complaining of echo, basically they can hear their own voice feeding back in their ear with a slight delay. Also internal callers that call a D100 handset from a 9508 also can hear their own voice feeding back them with a slight delay. (Echo) The D100 is on a flat network, and network parameters are of LAN quality, no jitter spikes or delay or packet loss.
I can't find any AGC settings on the D100 base or handsets, and their is no mention of adjusting any audio parameters on the handset? Wondering if anyone has any ideas or suggestions. Also, since the voice calls are from TDM to IP, should I adjust any of the VCM parameters on the System Tab?
