Installing a replacement D160 handset and onsite tech is reporting....
"The tech worked to register the new Avaya D160 phone to the base unit.
He advised that the handset is inputting the wrong buttons and randomly switches to speaker phone mode"
Anyone ever run into this issue? We haven't ever seen it.
