d135 with jetdirect 200m won't install through network

I have a d135 and bought a jetdirect 200m print server for it.
I run the d135 installer CD and when the connection option comes up, I choose 'through the network' and click next and nothing happens. I keep clicking Next and the window just flashes but nothing happens.

Anybody run into this before?

Have you configured the 200M ?

I don't think so. I only set it to use DHCP.
