Running 9.0.11, we have 10 different locations. 3 run off the main location. I have been able to successfully set up the D100's and D160's at all locations except for the main location. This is what I'm getting in the log:

2000/01/01 00:33:26.329] 0182 Try to Connect Configuration Server...
[2000/01/01 00:33:26.330] 0183 [/D100.cfg] reading.
[2000/01/01 00:33:26.394] 0184 - finished.
[2000/01/01 00:33:26.395] 0185 [/D100settings.txt] reading.
[2000/01/01 00:33:26.432] 0186 - finished.
[2000/01/01 00:33:26.521] 0187 - succes.
[2000/01/01 00:33:26.522] 0188 Try to Connect SIP Server...
[2000/01/01 00:33:26.523] 0189 [E] HTTP Client Return Error:-1
[2000/01/01 00:33:26.524] 0190 [E] No Connection SIP Server.
[2000/01/01 00:33:26.525] 0191 HS1 EVENT_NO_SERVICE

I have tried everything, including setting the base station to one of the other working locations, there is a network between all of them and an SCN and plenty of Endpoint licenses. But it still won't register. Which leads me to believe it has to be something on the internal network at this location. I have their onstaff IT guys looking into it, but with no luck. Any advice?

Do you have a D100.cfg and/or a D100settings.txt file on the fileserver?
Delete them and try again, they should be autogenerated by IP Office.

No connection to SIP server... Did you enable SIP registrar on the LAN interface?

I've been caught on this before. You need to enable the SIP Registrar on the LAN interface you're using.
