D100 Issue 3

We are having a strange issue with the D100 Base Station and D160 handsets. We are running Server Edition 9.0.2. I have setup the D100 and have it registered to the system. The handset will register to the base station and comes to the login screen. I hit login, enter the extension and password. When I do this, the Base Station reboots and loses registration with the phone system. As soon as the handset is done attempting to login, the base station registers with the system again. There is clearly an upgrade available for the base station firmware, but when attempting to upgrade the base station from the web GUI, it does not work. This what the system shows, all at the same exact time I might add, with no delay after hitting upgrade.

Now, Updating the Firmware of Base Station.
Finishing update, system is rebooted.
Please restart Web Browser.

I have attempted removing the D100.cfg file and the D100settings.txt files as mentioned in another post, but that does not work here. Anyone seen this issue?

Found the fix for this.

The D100 base station will not upgrade on Server Edition. According to the knowledgebase, the D100 must be upgraded on a system using an SD card (or at least that is how the verbage makes it seem). As soon as I synced the base station with a 500v2, the unit automatically upgraded and started working properly.
