Hello all,

I'm trying to set up a D100 for a client that is using their own servers for DHCP, not the IPO. Now, when I did this at my office, in the line settings, I was able to do a SIP DECT and got the phone working properly. Mind you that our system is 9.1

The client's system is on 7.0 and when I go to select SIP DECT, I get IP DECT which makes sense. However, I am seeing that it is impossible to have a D100 connected to anything 8.0 and below.

Has anyone experienced this much grief with this before OR found a solution?

Thank you!! [afro]

The D100/D160 were only supported from 8.1 SP1. So they need to upgrade a little (or just buy any 3rd party DECT that will work in an analog extension port). The level of IP Office integration on the D160 handsets is so low you might as well use any DECT you like.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

@sizbut

I figured as much. Do you have any 3rd party DECT devices in mind that you know are good?
