Hello guys.
I have just installed a d100 solution at a clients remote site
The Dect phones connect back to head office via a VPN.
Head office has installed a 500 v2 running the latest 9.1.7 release. All licensing In place.
The issue is that the d100 looses the configuration server ip address (checked and sip registrations are checked on the lan tab used for the incoming sip requests.
Verified the connectivity both ways over the vpn and from the customers VMPRO at the main site I'm able to browse to the Dect base. As far as I can tell connectivity appears fine.
Has anyone encountered this sort of thing before ? This is my first stab at these as normally I use R4 Dect. Fairly confident it's set up as it should be as I've followed the steps in the d100 set up.on the faq page (good stuff btw)
Any help.much appreciated
Thanks in advance
