D100 & D160 handset issues

I have a customer with one D100 base & eight - D160 handsets. Customer tells us that some or all of the handsets reboot and show "registration" on the display. I cannot see anything in system status. I have also looked in Monitor and I do not see anything there either. We did move the base and put in a central location. All handsets are within 50ft of the base. Most are within 20ft and there are not any walls or other obstructions. It is a pharmacy and they use 6 of the 8 handsets at the front counter. The system is 11.0.4.0.0 build 74. I have checked any updates for r11 and the firmware for the base and the handsets are the same version.

If your not going to it right don't bother doing it at all!
 
Try resetting the base through System Status. I had a customer with a similar issue and resetting the base got the phones displaying "Please Register" working again.
