D-Term 8D phone not displaying soft keys 1

I have one phone that is not displaying the soft keys. Not really an issue except someone left a Call Back on the phone and I can't clear the MWI light using the Message + CB + Erase. Is there a numerical code to erase the call back? or how to I get the soft keys back? We have an NEC 2000 IPS wit Neax 64 voicemail.

#1 is the default call back cancel.

That doesn't work either.

On the phone that has softkeys, check commands 1217, 1222 & 1223. Then check the same commands on the phone that doesn't have softkeys. You'll need to change those commands to the phone that doesn't have softkeys to match the one that does. Then, do EC6, then reset the PBX.

Try #630. I think that's a default to clear the lamp.

Thanks. It ended up being 1222 that was set to 1 instead of 0. The softkeys are back.
