Hello, all!
I have a need to custom-build some RJ45-DB9/25 adapters, where some pins are shorted on DB side and some on RJ side. I guess I could just solder them, but I would prefer to do it properly - crimp.
I already have d-sub crimp tool (AMP p/n 90277-1). I think the pin size is 20, but correct me if I am wrong.
Can anyone point me to a place where I can get the pins from?

Thanks.

I've never bought just the pins, I always use the ones that come with the connector shells (and save the extras). I would look online at Newark Electronics, Digikey or Jameco.

Good Luck!

It is only my opinion, based on my experience and education...I am always willing to learn, educate me!

Soldering for me has been just as fast as crimp, and allows me to correct any mistakes....( do we make them?? )

But then again Im a tech monkey, burned places on my fingers are normal...
