D series all in one NT install

I am trying to install a D135 on an NT4.0 server with svc pack 6. HP says they have limited printing support for it but the thing will not install. I am using the drivers downloaded from HP.

The error log tells me that it cannot find the file addprinterinnt.dll

I cannot find this file anywhere? Any know of it?

Also HP reccomends uninstalling everything related to it as well as in the registry. I tried that and still the same result.
