Having had a quick look at the manual, it doesn't appear to have an IP address setup. Most switches wouldn't require an IP address. I have many switches to look after on my works network, these are mostly Managed switches that are setup with IP addresses, as are our Smart switches, but we do have some switches that do not require or can not accept IP addresses. Basically the switch should work correctly as is.
