have done everything the instructions have said to do but will not connect or allow computer to connect...all the right lights are on...moem shows i'm connected to supplier but when i'm going to connect my access manager is not finding signal...

Make sure you're using DHCP, and you have the correct gateway address.

Also check your connection settings. Some NICs have issues with autonegotiating link speed. If your NIC is set to autonegotiate, try hard setting to 10 ro 100.

I have the DI-704P and I run 100 full with no issues.
