Vendor supplied 11c and we obtained two t1 circuits. One is from the LEC and the other is from MCI. I'm still confused about this however, I think this is what is suppose to happen......

I believe all local traffic goes to the LEC on their T1 and the long distance is set to go out the MCI T1. When we dial long distance, the CLID doesn't show up. I've noted that the T-1 from the LEC has a D-Channel but the T-1 from MCI does not. Is each T1 supposed to hae its own respective D-Channel?

YUP, BUT I WOULDN'T WASTE MY TIME BECAUSE MY EXPERIENCE WITH MCI WORLDCOM IS THAT MORE THAN HALF THE TIME MCI WILL NOT PASS THE CLID. GOOD LUCK

The MCI T1 will have a D-Channel if it is provisioned as a PRI circuit. Problem is, that with most DAL (Dedicated Access Lines) to carriers, is that they will be set up as straight T1's with no PRI functionality.

You should be able to work this out with MCI. When I worked at a WorldCom facility, we sent our LD out over the WorldCom trunks and were able to produce CLID.

Talk to your MCI rep about it....might have to open the wallet and pay a little more though.
