Need Help. I have moved the Option 11C with Succession Release 3.0 from our 5th floor to the 2nd floor and now the PRI will not come back up.

The wiring looks good. The lights on the cards show green. In LD 96 stat dch 15, I get that the application is operational but the link is released.

How do I get is back. I have tried to RST, ENL, EST but none worked. I have also disabled the MSDL card and enabled it. I have tried to force download the DCH. I have reseated the cards and sys loaded the PBX. No luck.

Obi-Wan your my only hope

ld 60 lcnt.. unless those are all 0, rcnt.. ld 96 dis dch x auto, ld 60 disl x ld 96 dis serv x dis msdl x, enl msdl x, ld 60 enll x.. wait a few minutes, the d will come up without a command,, the stat in ld 60 should show the staus of the alarm table... if your yellow is yes, layer one is up but can't see the other end.. red of course is open layer one

Because you mentioned cards, you may have more than one span involved. Ensure the T1 with the D-channel on it is connected to the loop with the configured dch.
