A customer of ours has an Option 11, and they called to say they couldn't make calls. I looked at their system remotely and noticed it was spitting out repeated messages like this one:
DCH 20 I 1ED6A95E <<<(these change with each error)1C 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 FF 00 00 00 00 00 00

The DCH will then RLS then re-establish itself, and in between, I'm able to call into the office, but for the most part, it is extremely sporadic. They had a DCH issue early this week but it wasn't spitting out those messages. At the time, we just had them recycle power on the system, and for the time being, that worked. But, now the same problem is back, but these errors are happening along with it.

It might pay to call the telco provider to see if they have any problems on the line. You could also try and loop the circuit to see if it drops, although the customer will not have any service for a while.

Check out the history file in LD 22 for any DTI messages. Also go to LD 60 and key in LCNT to list out the PRI's alarms as it might show frame errors or far end alarm errors.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.
