Has anyone had the problem of not being able to delete a message from a user mailbox. Works fine until you press *3 to delete and then you hear dead air. It should then go to the next new message but cant. Thanks in advance!

*D/*3 doesnt delete message in mailbox

There is an issue in 3.2.28 and 3.2.28.4 that prompts the user to listen to a message that doesn't exist and will allow you to press *3 to delete the non-existant message. This is fixed in 3.2.30. Other than that I have not experienced this.
