we had one particular report that design in Cystal report 7.0 throws out "error loading library" for one or two users. most people have no problem to run this report. can anyone shed a light on this?

what i have done before:

1. re-genearted user profile
2. copy cystal DLL file onto windows folder (user profile)
3. run regacc

Local program installs? Make sure the DATAPIPE lines are commented out in the xxRPT.INI.

we installed the Sage AccPac 500(quite bit older version) on windows 2008 R2 terminal server, everyone has to login it in order to run it. we have to manually copy the windows folder(include cystal) to users profile after they login.

normaill it's no problem to run the report after folder is copied to usr profile, for somehow one usr failed to run this report and throws "error load libaray" message, we rebuild the user profile and manually copy the window folder again, but no luck.

it seems the report don't known where to load the DLL file even the windows folder is presented in the right location.

thanks for all of your great support.

All -

the problem is fixed because the HOME Driver was set to "H" drive in AD. hence the windows folder is created in network driver H not in Local Driver.

thanks again!
