Cyrstal reports and Aloha Native DB

Anyone know how to run crystal reports off of the Aloha native DB? Wasn't a problme when I used the SQL DB, since it had a master list. Now that I am using the regular Aloha DB I have no master DB to pull data in Crystal reports from.
