Cyrillic strings export works inconsistently

I use Crystal Reports 8.5 to produce simple reports where some data are displayed in russian(and displayed correctly).
But when I export report data(both in run-time and design-time) to Excel 8.0/Word cyrillic text is represented in strange hieroglyphs.
I've looked up all the setting but failed to find corresponding ones.
Does anybody know how to resolve situation ?

Thanks for the link.But the issue is that cyrillic text is displayed curiously after export. While viewing it in CR run-time/design-time preview everything is OK. I've tried all the cyrillic fonts without success ...
