We have IPO 9.1 with working One-X Portal and Presence Server. Presence is cyclically crashes (every few days, but mostly on working days when it's used). Presence stops showing status, an error occurr while attempting to log into One-X Server, so nothing else can be checked. It only helps restart the One-X portal from the web site management level ( After rebooting everything goes back to normal and works correctly for a few days. I noticed that in the case of a failure the processor of the virtual machine is loaded - maybe it has something to do with this problem? I do not know if the resources allocated to VMWare are sufficient or how to diagnose and remove this inconvenience. I am not an advanced IPO administrator, I am asking for some tips. The system has c.a. 1,000 users
