Hi all,

I am facing a problem in my system that, sometimes my trunks get hang up (status = busy, Trafic = Idle) so from my other regional offices can not call to my office.

It is ISDN trunk (E1 - 30b+d). I believe, it is first some lines in that route is creating this issue. so, how can i make the route in cyclic for incoming, thus to overcome this problem?

FOR OUTGOING CALL, IT IS D3 IN SEL FOR SEQUENTIAL SELECTION.
[TT]<ROCAP:ROU=166;
ROUTE CATEGORY DATA
ROU SEL TRM SERV NODG DIST DISL TRAF SIG BCAP

but for cyclic what & where to change the parameter?

Oops, one small correction

D1 in SEL is 0. not 7.

will that make some changes, i mean for my problem? Will D1 7 will solve my problem?

Why there is no Edit option in this forum :(

there is one more question,

how to make it cyclic for outgoing as well, selection of another trunk in the same route

please post RODAP:ROU=166;

In this, office 3 is the problematic place - which creates the problems as i said above

peer to peer, i dont know about it.

but, all the calls in-between the offices are internal - like extensions.

Ok try this: Unassign all the trunks in the remote offices (ROEQE:ROU=166,TRU=X-XX). Re-assign them in an order according to your need. For example: You may have TLU76 on 1-0-20. Assign the trunk numbers:
ROEQI:ROU=166,TRU=1-1,EQU=1-0-20-31;
ROEQI:ROU=166,TRU=1-2,EQU=1-0-20-30;
ROEQI:ROU=166,TRU=1-3,EQU=1-0-20-29;
.
.
.
.
ROEQI:ROU=166,TRU=1-30,EQU=1-0-20-01;

Make a dump before start. If you confuse any time LADAI to get back to original.

OK. I will do that.
Actually we are using only 10channels on this trunk, not all 30 channels - for more bandwidth on each channel.

but, will this make the outgoing trunks as cyclic manner? i mean, each time if i select the route-dest code(here no dest as this is internal calls) it will select different trunks in a cyclic way?

Also try to change the 3rd parameter of SEL to 4.

Monrovia!
In my opinion you are on a wrong track asking for cyclic...
The problem is with VARO: You should not use the same D3 on both sites. Change the remote to D3=4, this should do the trick. SEL D3 changa won't help.
