Cycle Counts not posting

I'm trying to use cycle counts for the first time, but the counts will not post.
-All of the counts have been counted
-Post screen asks for printer and then flashes quick and the batch is still in there to be posted.
- 7.6.1 using Serial/Lot

Can anyone help?
