Cycle counting Inventory

Hi,

I've purchased and integrated symbol barcode scanners and a datamax printer. All is working well.

Now I want to develop some kind of data collection batch file to run on the hand held Symbol P-360 with an RS232 to upload the info into Access so I may append it to current inventory file.

When I purchased the scanner I purchased a program called MCL. Although I've been able to create a program for data collection I can't figure out how to make it run as a batch for collecting data.

I've already spent a small fortune...any suggestions?

I just finished a similar project
But I created a Button In Access that ran the MCL-Link and also passed the name of a scrip file to MCL-Link which did the dirty work. If you want to more e-mail me direct

How about calling where you bought it? They should be providing you with the tech support you need. If you need help further I would suggest contact symbol tech support at
