cybertech archiving

hi we have a cybertech voice recorder at version 5.5 the problem we have is it wont archive normal calls it will only archive them if we mark it as a complaint call any ideas

Probably has nothing to do with your PBX. Sounds like a Cybertech issue. Are you recording IP phones or TDM phones?
