Cyan Band on Right Side of Scanner???

Hi. I have an HP 4c SCSI scanner. I just upgraded to a new motherboard and processor (Asus P4B/P4 1.5 GHz). Since the upgrade, all color scans have produced a large cyan band running the entire length of the right side of the scanner bed. I have tried several different drivers under Windows 98 and 2000, tried reassigning the SCSI address, and even changing the PCI slot of my SCSI card, all with absolutetly no effect. Any ideas on this would be much appreciated. Thanks!
