Hi all,

I have a problem in my system MX-One TSW SP7.

I was deleting on DECT 2384, but just before completing entering GEDIE command, system restarted reloaded automatically, and that DECT number has restored. Now I am trying to execute the command CXAKE, it is giving error.

CXAKE:DIR=2384;
SURE? (YES/NO)
<Y;
NOT ACCEPTED
TEMPORARY CONGESTION

I dont have this DECT with me (it is scrapped)which has the IPEI to register again and delete it. Please help me to delete this cordless extension

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Do You have any hounting group?
maybe this number is a member of HG.
Try this:
GHDAP:GRP=all,SORT=1;

If You will see any value with number 2384 delete this using:
GHGME:GRP=gr_nr,DIR=2384;

Regards
