cwconfig netshow command in CLI

Hope somebody could help me on this one ...

I'm a novice user of CiscoWorks, I tried using the command below but it gave me an error. Kndly give me some info on how to resolve the problem.

cwconfig netshow -u <my ciscoworks username> -p <my ciscoworks password> -execcmd "show version" -device <cisco router IP Add> -f <filename>

The messages I got are enumerated below.

* Warning * The -p option is highly insecure and *not* recommended.
* Warning * See -u option for more details.

<cwconfig> * Warning * Remote console command is not enabled for the user
.
<cwconfig> * Error * no device(s) to work on. quitting.
