CWBTF0022 : PC file not found/locked

In thread thread513-146052, there was some discussion of this problem, and yet no solution posted. i ran into the same problem this morning, and was able to resolve the issue by copying the pc file and moving it higher up the directory structure in windows. i can not say why that worked, or if worked because the file i wanted to transfer was now in a "closer" directory to the pc file description (*.FDF), but it did work for me.

In the windoze world the max path length is ~248 - 260 characters. see
