CVSNT Windows 2003 Problem (pserver login)

Hi there,
I just installed CVSNT on my Windows 2003 Server.
Everythings ok, but when i try to test the connection over the pserver (or sserver) protocol, I always get the following error :

cvs [login aborted]: cvsuser: Switch to user failed due to configuration error.

I created a System User (cvsuser) with the specific rights for the repisitory, so I don't really know whats going wrong here.
Any ideas would be great!
