Well..2nd attempt (and hopefully final) on friday. Used The Cisco Press Cisco Voice over IP book by Kevin Wallace. Was pretty good, but found many mistakes, so get the errata for it. Some were just examples, others were really confusing because the explanation didn't match the example.

Also had access to some material from Skill Soft. This was horrible. I've had better material from them, but whatever we got this time was just plain bad.

Anyways, need to do some more review of some debug outputs and gatekeepers, but any other tips? (*again)

Well..hoping the promotion is good for more than just one retake. Got hit on a topic that I thought I knew better than I obviously did.

Not quite kicking my butt nearly as bad as the CIT exam did for the CIT. But definitely got some questions that I didn't see in any of the material I used.
