CVM - BCM & Octel

Has anybody had any success getting MWI to work from an Octel Voicemail.

Config:
BCM 3.7 connected via PRI to Option 81.
Opt 81 connected to Octel VM.
Can light MWI on BCM using MIK/MCK keys.
Can not get MWI to light when leaving a message in the Octel.

Watching the D-channel messaging we do see the Octel send an NMS message to the BCM, but the MWI never comes on.

Any ideas???

Have you tried adding external vm to the target line assigned to that user?

All of the BCM configuration is correct.
If any of our programming was incorrect we would not be able to light MWI with the MIK/MCK keys from the Option.

I'm pretty sure its an integration issue.
I'm almost certain its not supported by Nortel, but I've made it work on a MICS, so it should work on a BCM.

Has anybody had any luck with this?

You need to turn on VMSG set under line assingment for each set.

But that's already been done too.

To reiterate ...
We can light MWI with MIK/MCK keys.

We cannot light MWI when a message is left in the Octel.
